We base our cost on word count. Our rates for any of the languages mentioned in this web site are:

• 17 US cents per word if your document is a fully editable electronic file
• 18 US cents per word if your document is not a fully editable electronic file or if your document is not an electronic file

Our billing base is always the electronic word count. If the source document permits electronic word counting, the source word count will be the billing base. If your source document does not permit electronic word counting, the target word count will be the billing base.

The default format for our translations is MS Word. If your source document is a .ppt, .xls, .html/.htm or .pub file, you will receive the translation in the same file format. The translations of documents written with DTP software programs may be delivered in MS Word format or in the same DTP program in which they were received. This usually requires DTP and type-setting work for which we charge extra.

These rates apply to document of average complexity and difficulty. If your document is more complex and/or difficult than average or if it need to be translated into a language not listed on this website, different rates may apply.
